LatinAlliance’s Managua office, has helped international hotel chain Selina open a branch in Nicaragua, with a total investment of US$10 million.

The hotel is located in Granada, western Nicaragua, and opened on 28 October.

Selina, which aims its services at millennial travellers, has other Latin American operations in Colombia, Panama, Costa Rica and Guatemala and plans to move into Mexico in the first half of next year.

The company rents and renovates existing properties.
