The COVID-19 pandemic posed a great challenge to us at the regional level, and that was how to maintain a healthy operation, response times, and quality in our work in times of sanitary crisis. At LATINALLIANCE we have a solid, committed regional team that did not stop for a single day to provide excellent service to all our clients. This situation has extended over nineteen months in which we have faced different challenges:
- Operating in a hybrid way
- Not having original documents
- Not having legalized and apostilled documents, at least not in the times we were used to.
- Devising regional strategies that allow us to continue to provide optimal times with document or legalization difficulties.
- New ways of obtaining dossiers, documents, and samples.
- Working with teams in the pharmaceutical companies that are permanently in hybrid or home offices.
- New forms of communication
Among many others that I could mention. Sanitary registrations have evolved, and now it is necessary to have information security backups, good management software, pharmacists, lawyers, notaries, administrators, accountants, and marketers to achieve quality service and stay at the forefront.
It is far behind the service where a professional could only carry out the regulatory management, and now in 2021 and already entering 2022 we must take advantage of all the technology to provide highly qualified services.
