On December 30, 2021, Governmental Agreement 295-2021 was published in the Official Gazette of Guatemala, which amends Governmental Agreement number 179-2020 regarding the New Fees for Technical Services Provided by the Departments and the Specialized Technical Unit of the General Directorate of Health Regulation, Surveillance, and Control.
Amendment establishes that the Governmental Agreement that regulates the values of the fees to be charged by said dependencies for the services rendered will begin to be in effect until March 01, 2022, due to the national situation generated by the SARS-Cov-2 virus, which supports the postponement of the validity of the new fees, which were expected to be in effect as of January 01, 2022.
