 Advising a Guatemalan-owned bank on a $24 million syndicated loan for the development and construction of a housing and social club project in El Salvador. The project has 285 mz of land, which will include an 18-hole golf course, a 3,000m2 clubhouse, tennis courts, gym, swimming pool, restaurant and the development of 560 lots.
