On September nineteenth of this year, the National Directorate of Medicines gives a new term of twenty working days to regularize the pending payments of the Annual Registration Fees, commercialization and renewal of the sanitary registrations of pharmaceutical, cosmetic, hygienic and medical supplies products; otherwise, the registrations will be cancelled.
The above is in compliance with article 35 letter “K” of the Law of Medicines, which establishes that a sanitary registration may be cancelled when the corresponding annual fee has not been paid, as well as the renewal of its commercialization license.
Attached you will find the press release that includes links where you can check the list by classification.
