Last Tuesday, August 23rd of this year, the Salvadoran Technical Regulation RTS 11.03.03:22: Medical Devices, Good Manufacturing Practices for Medical Devices was published in the Official Gazette, No. 156, Volume 436.
The objective of this Regulation is to establish the principles and guidelines of Good Manufacturing Practices, which regulate all the procedures involved in the manufacture of medical devices, in order to ensure their efficacy, safety and quality.
The Regulation will enter into force six months after its publication in the Official Gazette.
