-Allow the inclusion of the QR code printed on the packaging/case/envelope/secondary and/or primary packaging of all the cosmetic and hygienic products registered presentations to allow instant access to the information through the different mobile devices.

-The incorporation of the QR code on the packaging/case/envelope/packaging/secondary and/or primary packaging of cosmetic and hygienic products will be optional.

-The information to which the user of the product will have access by means of the QR code will be specific to the product based on what is stipulated in the current labeling regulations. The QR code does not replace the complementary label or the regulatory packaging projects of the labeling.

-The creation, modification and/or updating of the information to be accessed through the QR code will be under the responsibility of the holder of the cosmetic and hygienic registration.

-The information to which users have access through the QR code must be approved by the Health Authority. In case of modification and/or update of technical information, this must be previously approved by the Pharmacy Directorate.

-To include, modify and/or update the QR code printed on the packaging/case/envelope/packaging/secondary and/or primary packaging of cosmetic and hygienic products, it must be entered in the Karplus system as a type C change.
