The Ministry of Public Health and Social Assistance of Guatemala has implemented the new form F-JE-e-01 to file complaints/complaints about regulatory decisions.
The JE-e-01 form has been developed so that users can use it to inform the entity of their dissatisfaction or dissatisfaction with the service provided.
This allows them to know the concerns and statements they wish to make when necessary.
Likewise, the Ministry of Health and Social Assistance indicates that this procedure may be carried out by entering the form either physically or electronically. To better illustrate the process, the respective Flow Diagrams are also provided.
