In recent months, LatinAlliance Guatemala has provided advice and support to the investors of LATAM HOTEL CORPORATION DE GUATEMALA, SA, in the development of the project called HOTEL HYATT CENTRIC GUATEMALA, in order to manage the permits and operating licenses necessary for said establishment, including the procedures before the Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources, Municipality of Guatemala, Ministry of Health and Social Assistance, Guatemalan Institute of Tourism, among other agencies.
The project seeks to achieve the return and prompt opening of the Hyatt Hotel chain in the country; and the investment has been estimated at approximately US $ 30 million.
The Hyatt Centric Guatemala Hotel is located in the heart of the Zona Viva, in the AVIA complex, located in Zone 10, in Guatemala City, it will have 138 rooms and will open to the public in the coming days.
LATINALLIANCE has also participated, together with LATAM HOTEL CORPORATION and its different subsidiaries in the Region, in advising and formalizing construction contracts and others related to its hotels in Honduras, Nicaragua and El Salvador.
