The Ministry of Public Health and Social Assistance has implemented as of May 10, 2023 the new form FS-DRCA-16 Version 1/270423, through which the following procedures can be carried out in the Sanitary Registry of Food Products:
- Modification of Name (reason or company name) of the Sanitary Registry.
- Change of Holder of the Sanitary Registry (assignment of Rights).
- Rectification on behalf of the Sanitary Registry holder.
- Cancellation of Sanitary Registration
The FS-DRCA-16 form has been prepared in order to carry out the Legal Sanitary Registry Updates that were not indicated in any other documents.
The requirements of the procedures change according to the change to be developed, they are indicated in the form mentioned above.
