We are pleased to announce the incorporation of Beatriz Merino as our new Head of Corporate in El Salvador, Beatriz is a Lawyer and authorized Notary, she has more than 15 years of experience in the legal industry, both in the public and private sectors, with a recognized career in law corporate, labor, civil, tax, administrative, information technology, including important due diligence processes, and has led global projects, guaranteeing operation under legal regulations and regulatory compliance with the competent authorities. In addition, she has served as legal advisor in public entities, being responsible for institutional coordination and representation in different inter-institutional working groups, legal committees of private companies (AMCHAM, CAMTEX, ASI, among other institutions).
Beatriz is distinguished by her proactive and results-oriented leadership. As a result of his professionalism, he has received prestigious national and international recognitions such as Associate to Watch, Chambers & Partners in the global and Latin American guides in 2021 and 2022, in addition to obtaining an Honorable Mention in the IX Legal Research Contest by the Unit.
