The Ministry of Health, through the Department of Regulation and Control of Pharmaceutical and Related Products, has published DRCPFA Circular No. 0022-2024 regarding the New Head of the Department of Regulation and Control of Pharmaceutical and Related Products.
This document announces that, as of February 22 of this year, Mr. José Miguel Solares Estrada was appointed as the new Head of the Department of Regulation and Control of Pharmaceutical and Related Products, which is why they mention that all types of documentation sent to the Department is issued in the name of the new Graduate in charge.
