LatinAlliance Honduras, Abogados y Notarios, as part of our commitment to keep you informed and updated on legal issues and of national interest, informs you that, through La Gaceta 35,137 of 31/12/19, the General Income and Expenditure Budget for 2020 in Honduras http://bit.ly/2sO9C9I and in its article 261 http://bit.ly/36zDVzw The Tax and Customs Amnesty was extended (Decree 51-2018 http://bit.ly/2utgJoq).
The extension of this article will be until March 31, 2020, the article mentions "the validity of article No.51-2018 and its reforms is extended until March 31, 2019".
During this amnesty, the obligors will be able to pay the tax and customs debts that are firm and pending payment without receiving any sanction.
