Andrés López Mérida is Head of Corporate Guatemala. He has 15 years of experience in the branches of commercial law, labor, banking, administrative and tax, and commercial and labor litigation, he has advised different private entities and acts as agent of several companies in different industries. Throughout his professional experience he has participated in legal studies, as in-house of private entities and positions at management level in public entities.
