By virtue of being close to the end of this year 2019, we remind you that it is important to make the annual request before the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare of Guatemala, on the authorization to work on holidays and weekends during the year 2020, as long as the line of business of your company and the conditions of service warrant it.
It should be taken into account that this aforementioned process currently takes approximately 5 to 8 weeks, so it is suggested to start it during the first days of November 2019.
To carry out the procedure, it is necessary to enter the corresponding application signed by the Legal Representative of the entity, together with the legal documentation of the same, including a copy of the Legal Representation in force and of the Company and Company Patents, or only a copy of the patent. of company in the case of an individual trader.
