⊂ Advice and formalization of operations involving up to 17 companies from different jurisdictions, for amounts of $156,425,000.00 at regional level, to a business group in the food industry. Lawyers from different countries participated in the corporate and banking area:

⊂ LatinAlliance advised Banco G&T Continental El Salvador for 13 years, from its foundation, legal, regulatory, capitalization, and delegation of its partner in the Board of Directors. During that time the Bank reached assets in the order of USD$625 million.

⊂ We advised the only rural bank in the country, Banco de Fomento Agropecuario, on its special restructuring and corporate improvement projects.

⊂ In recent years LatinAlliance participated in several acquisition processes, due diligence and regulatory approvals of banking, insurance and brokerage firms.

⊂ LatinAlliance advises a Panamanian capital bank, in obtaining and extending operating permits and tax exemption, before banking entities in El Salvador.

⊂ Assistance to regional banks that participated in the operations of a syndicated loan to Central American companies for more than $100 million US.

⊂ Advising a Guatemalan-owned bank on a $24 million syndicated loan for the development and construction of a housing and social club project in El Salvador. The project has 285 mz of land, which will include an 18-hole golf course, a 3,000m2 clubhouse, tennis courts, gym, swimming pool, restaurant and the development of 560 lots.
