Ana Carolina joined LatinAlliance in 2010, and she specializes in Intellectual Property and Civil Procedural Law. Since she joined the firm, she has been in charge of opposition litigation regarding the inscription of distinctive commercial signs for local and international entities and patent protection.

She is responsible for the Intellectual Property and Corporate Law Departments of the firm in Nicaragua, and she's in charge of the administration of the portfolio of trademarks, trade names, advertising signs, patents of invention, and other distinctive signs.
