Tuesday, November 5 – LatinAlliance- Lawyers, Legal firm with more than 25 years at the international forefront of Central America, is pleased to announce the official launch of its Real Estate Law practice area after having provided legal advice to various real estate projects in the region, such as: shopping centers, condominiums or residential, hotel and tourism projects, mixed, among others; , accompanied by a boom in the development of projects and infrastructure that Central America has been experiencing in recent years.
This practice area is made up of a team of experts in real estate legal matters, led by Mario Costa, in El Salvador. Joining him, leading the area in each country, are Ruth Olivares in Guatemala, Ana Barquero in Nicaragua, Sergio Sánchez in Honduras and Marcela Filloy in Costa Rica.
The launch of this new practice area at LatinAlliance is a reflection of the development that the region has been experiencing for some years, a development in which we participate and support through our legal services.
