The launch of the new practice area took place on October 24, at a conference breakfast at the Hotel Barceló, aimed at the main companies in the country, exposing for them different implications derived from competition regulations.
The purpose of the conference was to learn about the operation of the Superintendency of Competition, explain the basic issues of the Competition Law in order to avoid any action that could affect a company, and how it can defend it against possible abuses by other economic agents or anti-decisions. state competitive.
