Ms. Marcela Filloy Zerr, an expert in arbitration and conflict resolution, attended the XIV International Arbitration Congress developed by the Spanish Arbitration Club from June 16 to 18 in Madrid.
The Spanish Arbitration Club has just launched its 2019 Code of Good Practices in Madrid, which is the most complete compilation of arbitration practices published to date, thus covering all actors in an arbitration.
The CEA, chaired by the renowned international arbitrator, Juan Fernández-Armesto, with this work makes an important contribution to international arbitration.
