With the aim of keeping you informed, we would like to inform you that on October 10 of the current year, Decree 19-2018 was published in the Official Gazette, which amends Decree 42-2010, Law that Promotes Domestic Tourism. .
The aforementioned Decree establishes that when the holidays fall on Tuesday or Wednesday, they will be enjoyed on the previous Monday, if they fall on Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday, they will be enjoyed on the immediately following Monday, excepting from this provision the January XNUMX, noon on Holy Wednesday, Holy Thursday and Friday, May XNUMX, September XNUMX, November XNUMX, December XNUMX, December XNUMX, December XNUMX and the of the local festival.
We make the observation that personnel who ordinarily work on Saturdays or Sundays are not affected by this provision, because they must work on their normal day and will always enjoy the corresponding holiday on Monday when appropriate.
