Norma Villalobos has extensive experience in different legal issues in the notarial, registry and labor areas, but she has also participated in various due diligence projects, dissolutions and liquidations of companies, and in consulting. ccorporate to national and international companies; as well as providing advice on banking and stock market law for national and foreign entities; as well as in the area of ​​university teaching, it has been key to taking on a new professional challenge and directing the Notarial and Registry areas of the firm.
