Before serving as Superintendent of Competition of El Salvador, he was Director of The International Legal Assistance Consortium – ILAC Program for Haiti, in addition, he was Consultant and researcher in El Salvador in the areas of transparency, administration of justice and impunity for the Development Program of United Nations and other private institutions.
Mr. Díaz has become a national benchmark as a promoter of economic and social issues, especially in terms of Competition.
In addition, he was a representative of the lawyers' union in the National Council of the Judiciary.
