Mr. Torres Lemus is a Founding and Managing Partner of LatinAlliance. He has extensive experience in Salvadoran law field and stands out for participating in major mergers and acquisitions of banking, financial and insurance companies.

He has been a member of the Board of Directors of important foreign banks, insurance companies and brokerage firms. He has been a consultant for the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), partner and president director of real estate companies in Central America.
