The Health Regulation Agency has enabled various online forms with the aim of expediting various processes, taking into account the current situation that the country is going through related to the Covid-19 pandemic.

Among the processes that can be carried out online are the following:

  1. Food and Beverage Directorate
  • New and renewal of Food and Beverage sanitary registrations
  • Modifications to the sanitary registration of Food and Beverages, remembering that only the holder of the registration can request modifications to the product.
  • Sanitary authorizations for the import of food raw materials and food additives
  • Label depletions
  • Free Sale Certificates
  • Applications for Sanitary Transportation Licenses
  • Other requests such as Imports of tastings and Imports of Food and beverages for personal consumption.
  1. Directorate of Pharmaceutical Products
  • Special Authorization for the Importation of Tissues
  • Release of batches of vaccines and blood-derived pharmaceuticals
  • Vaccine batch release by exemption
  • Batch release of pharmaceutical blood products by exemption
  • New registration, renewals and modifications of cosmetic products
  • New registrations, renewals and modifications of hygienic products
  • New registrations, renewals and modifications of medicines for human use
  • Modifications to natural medicinal products
  • Modifications to nutritional supplements
  1. Medical Devices Directorate
  • Classifications by Health Risk
  • Special authorizations for Medical Devices
  • Exemption reports
  1. Temporary Sanitary Permits
  • Food & Beverages
  • cosmetics, supplements
  1. Donations
  • Through which a natural or legal person, national or foreign, simply, purely and irrevocably transfers products of sanitary interest free of charge, in favor of another natural or legal person in order to solve a need.

When filling out the online forms, correct and true information must be provided, otherwise you may incur penalties. Once the form is completed, confirmation of the entry of said request will be notified by email.

There will be a period of sixty (60) business days from the first business day after the State of Emergency ends to complete the original documentation before ARSA, in case of not doing so, the authorization will be cancelled.

When entering the requests, it must be clear that they are worked according to business hours and days.
