Ruth is a Salvadoran Lawyer and Notary. She has 25 years of experience, with extensive experience in commercial and labor procedures, civil, administrative, corporate advisory and consulting on foreign investment, with specialization in the area of ​​intellectual property and health registration of pharmaceutical, hygienic, food, cosmetic and beverage products, both for human consumption and veterinary use. Throughout his professional experience he has participated in important projects for our clients, such as Trademark and Trademark procedures, Registration of Invention Patents and Protection of Evidence Data, Contentious-Administrative Processes before the Contentious Chamber, as well as Cassation appeals before the Supreme Court of Justice and various procedures for Sanitary Licenses, Operating Permits, Environmental Licenses, Municipal Licenses, and authorizations for the Sanitary Registries of products, among other projects, both in the Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources, as in the Municipalities, in the Ministry of Public Health and Social Assistance and the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Food, among other entities.

She has a Master's Degree in Intellectual Property from the San Carlos University of the Republic of Guatemala, and is currently in the process of becoming a Lawyer and Notary at said institution.
