With the objective of always keeping you informed, we inform you that the Guatemalan Bar Association and the Ministry of Economy have signed a Letter of Understanding, through which they strengthen ties to collaborate in the development of an Electronic Stamp System for the management, administration and distribution of notarial and forensic stamps.
Likewise, they have reached an agreement to design and launch a system for the digital presentation of procedures for the Intellectual Property Registry, in order to streamline procedures and implement new technologies.
