On November 30, 2022, the Department of Regulation and Control of Pharmaceutical and Related Products published Circular No.0073-2022, reminding that the entry of applications with 63-A receipts in the said entity will be accepted as long as the receipt has been issued within a maximum period of 3 months, based on Decree 05-2021. The importance of this is emphasized in order to avoid the rejection of files.
