On November 30, 2022, the Department of Regulation and Control of Pharmaceutical and Related Products published Circular No.0073-2022, reminding that the entry of applications with receipts 63-A in said entity will always be accepted and when the receipt has been issued within a maximum period of 3 months, based on Decree 05-2021. The importance of this is highlighted in order to avoid file rejections.
