Agreement 003-2021 New Health License Fees – Honduras

According to Agreement 003-2021 issued by the Health Regulatory Agency ARSA, published on March 23, 2021 in the Official Gazette in Honduras, announces the new recovery fees and deadlines for the resolution of the services presented for the procedures in person or online regarding health licenses, renewals for pharmaceuticals, drugstores, pharmacies, laboratories manufacturers of medicines, nutritional supplements, distributors, food and beverages in all categories. The benefit offered by these new recovery fees are that the terms for the completion of the processes are shorter according to the process of entry of the procedure.
