The National Drug Administration and Social Assistance has implemented as of May 10, 2023 the new form FS-DRCA-16 Version 1/270423, through which the following procedures may be carried out in the Sanitary Registration of Food Products:
– Name Modification (corporate name or denomination) of the Sanitary Registration.
– Change of Sanitary Registration holder (transfer of Rights).
– Rectification of the Holder Sanitary Registration Name
– Cancellation of Sanitary Registration
The form FS-DRCA-16 has been elaborated to carrying out the Legal Sanitary Registration Updates that were not indicated in any other document.
The requirements of the procedures change according to the indicated in the form mentioned above.
