On April 19, 2021, the implementation of the Registry for the Final Beneficiary of Mercantile Companies in the Republic of Nicaragua came into force, which would be Ordinary every 12 calendar months, and extraordinary, when any change occurs that modifies or amends the articles of incorporation, that affects the basic information and the determination and identification of the Final Beneficiary.

Currently, after twelve months have elapsed since the initial registration of the Final Beneficiary, all mercantile companies must proceed with updating it in a manner Ordinary u Extraordinaryia, as appropriate before the Public Mercantile Registry.

Non-compliance, action or omission that contravenes the law, regulations and regulations, will be classified as an infraction subject to administrative sanction.
