  1. Incense, aromatic candles, essential oils of less than 100cm3, environmental flavorings in cardboard with impregnated aroma, products that require aseptic conditions and those stipulated by each State Party do not apply.
  2. In the countries where the "registration number in the regulatory body" applies, the identification number, address, telephone, fax and email of the responsible professional will not be required.
  3. When the safety data sheet for imported products is in a language other than Spanish, the information must be submitted in Spanish according to the established form.
  4. Mandatory notification changes are: change of owner or business name, change of place of manufacture, manufacture of a hygienic product in two different countries by the same manufacturer and when the product is manufactured by a plant other than the original registration.
  5. The labeling must state the instructions for use for which the product is intended, as well as the warnings and precautions for use, related to the danger of the product for humans, animals and the environment.
  6. The label must include the telephone number of the poison control center in the country where the product is sold.
  7. Products classified as dangerous must use the symbology in accordance with the UN or European Union hazard classification on the label.
  8. All hygiene products must be handled in containers with labels in Spanish and must be legible.
