The National Health Regulation Authority (ANRS) has provided the Chemical entities list that has been registered in Nicaragua with test data protection.
When we talk about test data protection we refer to the information accreditation regarding, the safety and effectiveness of a medicine to obtain approval of the health registry, protecting against all unfair commercial use; The figure of protection of trial data refers to the exclusivity period in which the clinical information studies is protected in favor of its owner or licensee.
The update of the list was published in Managua, on the 16th day of February of the year two thousand twenty-four.
