On Friday, February 22, our head of the Dispute Prevention and Resolution area, Herbert Guerrero, attended the presentation "Particularities of International Arbitration", organized by the Spanish Arbitration Club and given by Dr. Javier Navarro, partner of Baker McKenzie México and Director of Litigation and Arbitration.
The conference addressed topics such as Trends in International Arbitration, specifically on the integration of arbitral tribunals; The Importance of Process in the selection of Referees was delved into; and they talked about Corruption: acts of corruption within arbitration and what should be done to detect it.
This conference was attended by the main representatives in matters of Litigation and Arbitration in the country.
