On October 6, 2018, Decree No. 51-2018 was published in the Official Gazette, which approves the tax and customs amnesty for obligations and payments that should have been made before December 31, 2017, without fines, surcharges and interest. The benefit is applicable to Sales Tax, Income Tax, Customs, as well as social security obligations and others.
Said amnesty will be valid for 60 days from October 6, expiring on December 6, 2018, except for companies in the export sector of non-traditional products, for whom a duration of six months will apply.
